Had a bit of a scare last week when our furnace stopped working out of nowhere. Middle of the night, and we're dealing with a full house of family visiting us in Thousand Palms. Luckily, a quick search online led me to emergency furnace repair Coachella services by Coachella Appliance Repair. Honestly, didn't have big expectations, but they surprised us.
Called in, and within an hour, a tech named Joe rolls up ready to handle business. Joe was super chill, jumped right into diagnosing the issue. Impressed me with how quickly he figured out the problem. Apparently, it was a faulty thermostat and some other minor things. We chatted a bit while he fixed it, and I felt like he knew his stuff. I mean, the guy was prepared, had all the tools right there.
Was expecting the usual outrageous fees, but they didn't hit us like that. Was reasonably priced, especially given the late-night call. Everything's up and running smoothly now.
